- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have an extremely long wait to get an apartment in Anacortes. It's a joke. There are also closed every Monday and weekends. The building is located in a side alley just past that apartment complex and next to the big steam ship museum. Only a few parking places are available with a steep downhill on the spots. After you meet with them and get depressed, just go down the street a short ways to Mad Hatter's ice cream, then walk down to the marina. Screw it. All the low income foreigners have over run the apartments like roaches. Drive around, you'll see the kind of trash and you wonder how the hell do they make enough to live here. Two words.
